Method/Step

1: Upside down the box, make the 4 wheels face up, and observe the wheels

2: Check whether the wheel diameter is too loose. If the swing is too large, the wheel frame can only be replaced or repaired. Please go to a professional repair shop for repair.

If the loosening gap is normal, it can be judged step by step

3: Check whether the inner diameter of the wheel is too loose, if the swing is too large, only replace the new wheel set. Please go to a professional repair shop for repairs.

If the loosening gap is normal, it can be judged step by step

4: Check whether there is any foreign matter such as hair or thread between the wheel shafts. If so, please use a saw blade tool to remove the foreign matter!

If there are no foreign objects, proceed to the next step.

5: Fill the two parts of the wheel with lubricating oil!

At this point, the problem of your luggage universal wheel can be solved!

Precautions

If the wheel diameter and the loose clearance of the wheel shaft are too large, the wheels can only be replaced or repaired, and they cannot be repaired by themselves! Only professional luggage repair shops can repair!
